Another irate customer

It is disgraceful when a company do not supply a phone number. I have already wasted an hour trying to get information about a delivery - the tracking company's website tell me the login details supplied are wrong. I shan't copy with VP again

Do not order from Victorian Plumbing! I have had a catalogue of disasters, in the main, due to their holy incompetent courier company, DPD.

1) Initial delivery of WC arrives - box is battered and split, despite being marked fragile, and is deposited upside down.

Driver was quite happy to drop it at my door and run - no wonder, as of course the toilet was in pieces.

2) Then ensued a series of emails to Victorian Plumbing - of course they don't give you a phone number, so everything is done on email and it takes them 3-4 days to respond. Their chatbot is more than useless.

3) A date was agreed to deliver a replacement toilet and collect the broken. DPD ignored the agreed date (where we would have been at home), but decided to dump the new product on the front lawn with no-one to receive it. They were not able to collect the broken toilet as of course no-one at home...AND they reported back to Victorian Plumbing that 'the customer advised there was nothing to collect'..???!!!

Blatant lie - who did they speak to...the cat?

4) More emails sent to Victoria Plumbing and I receive one from them, to say that as I have not been in touch (??!) they are closing the case. More emails from me.

5) A new date finally agreed for collection of broken toilet. I have taken another day of work...and they have not appeared.

Worse still, the tracking link takes me to the DPD site and it states, 'the customer advised there was nothing to collect'. What the actual...!

So unless Victorian Plumbing change their courier supplier (I'm guessing DPD offered the cheapest tender), buy your products elsewhere...and Victorian Plumbing, get a grip on your customer service offering and have the decency to give out a phone number.

I bought a radiator & company didn’t deliver it

The money has been returned to my account minus the delivery costs. When I emailed I was told no record of my purchase.

I had informed them that the amount had been removed from my account.

I had not received a confirmation email, but had an email stating the order number & had taken a screenshot.

I gave these details to the investigation officer.

I received an email sagging couldnt be delivered as address incorrect. I had a screenshot of that too. The only thing was the Hse number because autofill had not included the Hse number but the postcode was correct.

Also with only 5 houses on street & only one with a skip,15 pallets & different materials for the renovation. The front porch is open too.

They have not had the professionals curtesy of a return email or text or phone call absolutly no contact whatsoever or any attempt to resolve or apologise.

Absolutly disgusting company, they have no complaints department or procedure ( that's comforting in its own right) no phone number to contact either. Then we did get through and the guy was horrific stating we should not be able to call this number and telling us to hang up not interested cant deal with anything at all and just rude.

it was vulgar and cheeky and everthing not to do and say when all a customer wants is to find out where there purchase of over £ 1,000 was as it was not delivered but track and trace said it was. Do not buy from this company! Do not buy from this company!

I cant say it often enough and if any owners wish to contact me please do so face to face i welcome the same verbal exchange on to you as your staff seem to think is acceptable to dish out. nothing worse that a keyboard or phone warrior so please contact me you know my address its the one you said my order was delivered to...

They sent me chipped tiles x5 , sent 1 replacement which is also chipped amd now no reply via email, terrible service . I supplied evidence I just want to finish a kitchen for an elderly lady who is also not happy

The upright profile of the Arezzo shower enclosure I ordered is bent. The damaged goods form tells me my order is still with VB and there is no way to communicate with customer services directly. Only option to leave a message and wait 2 days. This is hopeless. My plumber will have to move onto another job and I will have an unfinished bathroom. Very frustrating servicepro

I bought a cruze pull out shower with hose but the hose isn't compatible with pull out - there's no weight & no spring, & it's just a cheap standard short hose which would catch as it comes out. Didn't bother trying to install it. Wrote negative feedback for item on VictorianPlumbing website & a week later my feedback is not showing. I bet there are other bad feedback reviews for this £59.95 bit of rubbish & the company is manipulating them. Seems like proper intentional misrepresentation & fraud to me.

Bought a bathroom cabinet. It was faulty. It wasn't soft close and the drawers overlapped one another. Victorian plumbing sent Dpd to collect the faulty cabinet. However nearly 2 weeks since collection we're still waiting for them to reply to our email regarding a replacement. You can't call them. We've emailed again and still no reply. Disgusting.

I viewed the Chatsworth Copper Effect 1300 Short Roll Top Bath over the weekend, with a view to ordering it. The bath was advertised for sale at £799.00, however when I went to order it, the price had increased to £1,999.95. This was extremely disappointing, as it placed the item out of my budget range. There is a part missing from a shower enclosure that means my plumber cant complete the job. Victorian Plumbing do not have a number and it takes ages for them to respond to emails. Usually 2 days by their reckoning but they state that they are busy and it may take longer. Not even an automated response to say my email has been received!

Customer service entirely written unless you complain and complain. Two years ago had an issue and emailed. Eventually had an email saying sorry about the delay really busy etc. Took weeks to resolve after sending me the wrong item (wrong item right packaging), took multiple chasers and photos. This year guess what. Havent managed to resolve the delayed reply issue and currently havent responded to my second email. Two weeks already
